Explore the Best of Shikotsu-Toya National Park in One Scenic Drive Before our parents joined us in Sapporo, we had originally planned to visit Biei. However, since Biei is quite far and heavily dependent on the weather, we decided to change our plan and explore the Shikotsu-Toya National Park, one of the most beautiful natural areas in Hokkaido.
